How To Stop Playing The Victim

Take your power back today. Analyse your unpleasant situations and relationships and as yourself the question: What’s in it for me?” Be truthful. Then see what you can do to satisfy those unmet emotional needs by replacing those unhealthy habits and relationships with healthy activities and relationships, or working on those unhealthy relationships in order to make them healthy relationships.
