Assessments
Each of these corporate training programmes requires participants to take an appropriate DiSC® assessment. These tools are used to give an understanding of an individual’s behaviour style and the results of the assessments are used as a basis for the training sessions. Assessments can be taken online or in paper format. The online assessment is preferred as it allows the participant privacy and can be done at a time convenient for them. Availability of internet access is therefore necessary. The assessments are taken prior to the training day and the results given during the sessions with full confidentiality.
