All too often we do not take them seriously enough or we do not trust them enough to allow them to make their own informed decisions in life.The Mentor Network’s approach is that of believing in young people and simply being there to offer information and guidance where required. The approach is developmental rather than prescriptive. That means that the approach is not to tell the young people what to do, but rather to show them a good example and just be there for them when they need us to be there.
